The Instant Pot is quite possibly the best invention since the air conditioner!

Are you intimidated by new inventions? I am! However, I was excited to try out the Instant Pot because it works like a pressure cooker. I've used pressure cookers to can fresh fruits into jams and fresh veggies to eat in the winter so I was ecstatic to try out this nifty baby! It did not disappoint.

I had to use my Instant Pot several times before I could write an honest review and let me tell you, the foods I cooked, just kept getting better and better!

 The picture I chose to use was the skinless, boneless chicken breasts. I put them in freshly washed but raw, sprinkled a little lemon juice and put the setting on 15 minutes.

Once it was done, the meat was juicy, tender and simply succulent.

I had to literally use a spatula and a fork to remove the chicken from the Instant Pot.

The 6 QT Instant Pot is a 7 in 1 cooker. It's a pressure cooker, slow cooker, steamer, rice cooker, yogurt maker, warmer and can be used to sauté.

I've used my Instant Pot to cook rice (which turned out perfect!), steam veggies (made them melt in your mouth soft) and to pressure cook pork ribs and chicken breasts (cooked separately and to perfection. Delicious!)
